You aren’t completely secluded though, this 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home is only a short drive from shopping and restaurants in Surf City. Each floor of Carolina Lagniappe has a deck with panoramic ocean views. You can watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee, look for dolphins from the deck chairs, or enjoy an ocean view dinner with your friends and family from the outdoor dining table.

The open, modern coastal interior is both inviting, and relaxing. The first floor is home to three bedrooms with private baths for each room. This includes two queen bedrooms and a bedroom with a double bed as well as a twin. 

The second floor features a bright and open chef’s kitchen that shares the space with a dining room and spacious living room with plenty of comfy seating. A half bath sits adjacent to the living room and kitchen.

The entire third floor is a master suite. The suite has a king sized bed with an ocean view, seating area and a private balcony. The spa-like en suite bathroom includes a double vanity with plenty of space to get ready and a rain shower. You will also find a dedication work or study space with a desk that overlooks the maritime forest and Intercostal Waterway. 

Less than a couple of minutes away you will find grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, surfing lessons, Shipwreck Mini Golf, Sea Turtle Rescue & Hospital and shopping. You will be located between historic Wilmington and Camp LeJeune/Jacksonville NC

** This home offers an elevator that reaches all floors.** Accommodates up to 9 People.** Bed & bath linens are provided (no beach towels)      *Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property.
