Located in Surf City, NC, Good Vibes is the perfect 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home for you and your family to enjoy a vacation on Topsail Island! 

The Home Features

A private neighborhood beach access, 4 covered decks that overlook the tree tops and pans to the ocean, an elevator, an outdoor dining set and a fully stocked kitchen! 

You can watch the sun rise over the water while drinking your coffee from the adirondack chairs, or enjoy dinner with a view from the outdoor dining table.

The newly constructed home has a modern coastal interior is luxe, but instantly feels relaxing and secluded. "Downtown" Surf City is only located 2 miles away. You will find grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, surf lessons, mini golf, The Sea Turtle Rescue, shopping & entertainment!

Bed Sizes: 1 king, 2 queens, 1 double and 1 twin.

Accommodates: 9 guests

Linens: Bed & bath linens are provided (beach towels are not included)

*Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property. For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival.  

Parking: Maximum of 4 vehicles.

Arrival & Depature: Check in time 3 PM / Check out time is 10 AM. 

Door Codes: Door access codes will be sent the monring of check-in through email & text message. 

No pets. or smoking inside please.  

Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

  • One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
  • One trash bag per trash can
  • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen

Important Booking Information 

 After booking, we will immediately send a confirmation with your guest log-in and Vacation Rental Contract to the email address provided. Please check your spam/junk email and let us know right away if you did not receive an email to your regular inbox. This way we can ensure that you receive all important information regarding your vacation before your arrival, including door codes and final payment reminders!

Good Vibes is a fabulous property; we loved the layout, decor, cleanliness and particularly the well stocked kitchen. We have stayed in many rentals on Topsail and this one was very memorable.
