Paradise TOO is located in Topsail Beach, NC!
When you first enter the home, you will be greeted by an open floor plan with the dining area, kitchen and living room. Heading down the hall, you will find a full bathroom on the left along with a bedroom that. To the right will be a laundry room area with a washer & dryer, along with a master bedroom & bathroom. Both of the bedrooms downstairs have a small flat panel TV and a queen bed. The first level offers an open deck with a swing and grill for you to entertain your family, or barbecue.
Up to the second floor you are greeted by a large sitting area that offers a sliding glass door and leads to the deck with a view of the intracoastal waterway. You will be entertained by the flat screen TV and the cozy double futon for seating or sleeping. This sitting area also offers a table and chairs. To the left is another master bedroom offering a king bed and a private bathroom.
On the ground level you will find a large space for entertaining with a covered sitting area and rocking chairs. The back yard offers a fire pit for you to enjoy. The outside enclosed shower offers both hot & cold water.
The house is conveniently located near a public beach access, just an easy walk away. Just minutes away, you can find a few shops and restaurants in the commercial area of Topsail Beach; more restaurants and shopping are a short drive back to Surf City.

*Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property. For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival.

The four of us were very pleased with Paradise, Too. It was very well stocked — probably better than any other place we have rented on Topsail Island — with just about anything we even thought of. We did want a colander, but we’re able to make slotted spoons handle the job. There were even canned goods available though we did not use them and a bottle of wine. The location was just across the street from a beach access point. We enjoyed the peaceful serenity of the sound in the near distance, the beautiful trees and birds and the quiet calm of wind chimes as breezes blew onto the deck in the early morning.The TI representatives were helpful and pleasantly friendly though we asked about only one thing. They ably and quickly assisted us on correcting a bad password to enable Wi-Fi.In short, it was a lovely experience, but because we mostly are north of 70 and somewhat unsteady, the stairs outside and inside would keep us away. This is not a knock on Paradise, Too, but a realization that we don’t want to chance falling. Younger, more able folks likely would be able to maneuver the stairs more easily.
