Completely renovated, contemporary condo in the Surf Condo Complex, just steps from the beach, in the heart of Surf City. This unit is located on the first floor (Unit 517) and has under unit parking and partial views of the ocean. Listen to the ocean waves from the comfort of your private balcony, enjoy the large zero-entry pool and the close private beach. This is a one bedroom, 1.5 bath condo that sleeps up to 6 people. You will be walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Surf City Pier. There is on-site laundry facilities and it is a gated community with a private guard. 

TV in living room offers cable and TV in bedroom offers a roku. 

Bed sizes: 1 Queen, 2 twins (bunk beds) and a Queen sofa sleeper. 

One car can be parked under carport but must not block the opening of storage doors. *Guest doesn't have access to downstairs storage*

You will be given 2 parking passes only. 

* Check in time 3 PM.

* Check out time is 10 AM. 

* Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

• One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• One trash bag per trash can
• One roll of paper towels in the kitchen

 After booking, we will immediately send a confirmation with your guest log-in and Vacation Rental Contract to the email address provided. Please check your spam/junk email and let us know right away if you did not receive an email to your regular inbox. This way we can ensure that you receive all important information regarding your vacation before your arrival, including door codes and final payment reminders!
