The townhome community features a private beach access and a community pool for guests to enjoy.    Step inside this cozy 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome to discover a welcoming space with modern amenities and comfortable furnishings.    The first floor of this townhome offers 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. It also offers a covered balcony with patio furniture and a swing so that you can enjoy the views while you are sipping on your coffee or a glass of wine. The second bedroom offers a double bed and a private bathroom. The laundry area with a washer & dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.  

On the second floor, you'll discover the living room, a well equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. Off of the living room you will find a sliding glass door that leads out to the open balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy stunning sunset views or a view of the Surf City High Rise Bridge in the distance.

Bed & bath linens provided - Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property. For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to   schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival.

• Community POOL with bathroom - Pool is open Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates are subject to change) ** Additional pool restrictions or unexpected closures may occur per the HOA, this would be out of our control and no compensation would be given** 

• Short walk (just across the street) to public park with playground, basketball court and soundside boardwalk

      This townhome is located approximately 0.7 miles south of the Surf City High Rise Bridge.      * Check in time 3 PM.   * Check out time is 10 AM.    * Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.   -One roll of toilet paper per bathroom -One trash bag per trash can
-One roll of paper towels in the kitchen

 

 After booking, we will immediately send a confirmation with your guest log-in and Vacation Rental Contract to the email address provided. Please check your spam/junk email and let us know right away if you did not receive an email to your regular inbox. This way we can ensure that you receive all important information regarding your vacation before your arrival, including door codes and final payment reminders!
