Dogs are allowed with a pet deposit.

**Dog breeds NOT allowed in the complex include Pitbulls, Rottweilers, German Shepards, Alaskan Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Great Dane, St. Bernards due to insurance limitations. 

 Complex allows up to 2 vehicles, parking is first come first serve.

NO Smoking allowed in unit.

* Check in time 3 PM.

* Check out time is 10 AM. 

* Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

• One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• One trash bag per trash can
• One roll of paper towels in the kitchen
