Take advantage of comfortable accommodations without the high price when you stay at Riki Tiki. This small but quaint oceanfront cottage will be sure to surprise you! Enjoy of the convenience of walking from the house out into the beautiful warm sand of the beach. From your bed, you can hear the waves crashing and the seagulls flying over the waters of the Atlantic.
While staying at Riki Tiki, you will be in the heart of Topsail Island; Surf City. There, you’ll find many local restaurants offering great meals at great prices. For those rainy days or when you’re starting to feel the burn, there are lots of locally owned shops where you’ll find the perfect souvenir for your family. After a long day of shopping, you may want to go back to Riki Tiki and cook a meal in the well equipped kitchen. When dinner is over, relax on the porch in one of the colorful rocking chairs.
Riki Tiki is the perfect solution for relaxing yet economical beach getaway. You’ll feel at home here and be planning your return before you leave!

AREA GUIDE:
Surf City, NC is a wonderful quaint beach town. The best part, is it is still non-commercialized!
There are tons of amazing restaurants in Surf City such as Shaka Taco, JM's Seafood and Daddy Mac's on the Beach. Plus, great dining options in North and South Topsail, Hampstead, Holly Ridge and Snead's Ferry.
If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, a wine bar, sports bars. Several have live music all year round!
One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit here is hire a chartered fishing trip, and rent jet-skis or bicycles/electric bikes!

"Downtown" Surf City is only a couple of miles away!!
A short couple of minutes drive to the IGA grocery store, plenty of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, surf lessons, mini golf, The Sea Turtle Rescue, the Aquarium, Surf City Pier, tons of shops & entertainment!
Surf City Surf School has amazing surf instructors and your kids will love it! Make sure to check out the summer programs available for kids at Island Ecological Adventures & Touch Tank Aquarium! Take a stroll around Soundside Park, or choose from the other multiple parks in the area and outdoor recreation spots for kids and adults alike with local golf courses and mini golf!

LINENS:
Bed & bath linens are all provided! (beach towels are not included)
- Upon arrival you will find clean bed & bath linens in a linen bag at the property.
- For an additional fee beds can be made, please contact our office to schedule this extra service at least a week before arrival.

- Door Codes: Door access codes will be sent the morning of check-in through email & text message
Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.

We had the best time ! The house was amazing , location on the beach...cant go wrong !I was up at 530am to make coffee and sit on the deck to watch the sun rise , it was likeheaven on earth and I can not wait to go back next year !!

This is a great cozy house. Well maintained and decorated. The furniture was comfortable, the AC worked great, the cable and internet worked well. I really loved the 2 beach chairs that were set up on the beach just off the deck waiting for us to sit an relax after our long drive. What a great touch and warm welcome. Having the linens provided was such a plus for me. I did not have to bring any linens with me and I did not have to wash them after the trip. The welcome bag provided from the rental agency was a great gift. The welcome bag was a perfect mix of products we needed during our stay. There were no houses close on either side of the property so during the week it was like having our own private beach. The weekends more people were on the beach because of the public access close by but, it worked out fine we met new people and had a good time.

Riki Tiki is my absolute favorite home on Topsail Island. As a previous resident who gets the chance to vacation at TI, I can tell you this home provides the best experience possible. When you open the front door each morning, I guarantee you’ll find the most captivating view available. the porch that wraps around half the home makes it easy for those who enjoy porch sitting to see the members of their party who want to spend their time in the sand. The home is well stocked with everything you need for a relaxing time away. The home is always clean and ready when we arrive. Bethany at TI-Rentals is always available for questions, and as a TI native herself, she can give great recommendations on anything you need nearby. I can’t offer any suggestions on improvement of the home other than to please keep it available for many years to come.
