The upstairs master suite offers peaceful ocean views, a sitting area with a desk, and a private en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. 1 bedroom features 2 bunkbeds (twin/twin) & the 2nd guest bedroom has a queen size bed, plus a private entry door to the ocean view back deck. There is a full size bathroom with shower/tub situated between the 2 downstairs bedrooms.

Outside, enjoy two expansive decks where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic or relax in the evening with refreshing coastal breezes and beautiful sunset views over the sound. The ground-level entertainment area offers something for everyone, featuring a ping pong table, cornhole, fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and plenty of space to gather after a fun-filled beach day. You will also find the laundry room and a half bathroom in the ground level carport area.
