Just minutes from the beautiful beaches of Topsail Island, this charming vacation rental offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and laid-back coastal living.

Lanier’s Escape welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs (under 75 pounds).

$150 non-refundable pet fee/ per dog

• If you are looking for a quick trip over the Surf City Bridge to the beach and everything the island has to offer it will only take minutes!
• If you want to check out the mainland there are endless options right down the street!
  •  Surf City Community Center - it is a miles away! Grab your  skateboard and check out the new skatepark. You will also find tennis courts, 2 parks, soccer fields, sand volleyball court and more!

Easy access to fishing, kayaking, and scenic walking trails

"Downtown" Surf City is less then a few miles away!

A quick drive over the Surf City Bridge will take you to the IGA grocery store, plenty of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, surf lessons, mini golf, The Sea Turtle Rescue, the Aquarium, Surf City Pier, tons of shops & entertainment!

Surf City Surf School has amazing surf instructors and your kids will love it! Make sure to check out the summer programs available for kids at Island Ecological Adventures & Touch Tank Aquarium! Take a stroll around Soundside Park, or choose from the other multiple parks in the area and outdoor recreation spots for kids and adults alike with local golf courses and mini golf!

Bed and Bath linens are supplied for all guests. 

Door Codes:

Personalized door codes will be sent the morning of check-in through text & email - please make sure you have updated/correct contact information upon booking.

Complimentary Items Provided by TI Rentals:

• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (4 bathrooms)
• 1 trash bag per trash can (including bathroom trash cans)
• 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen
• a starter giftset with a few travel size items such as, dish soap, a sponge, and more!

Area Guide:

Surf City, NC is a wonderful quaint beach town. The best part, is it is still non-commercialized!

There are tons of amazing restaurants in Surf City such as Shaka Taco, JM's Seafood and Daddy Mac's on the Beach. Plus, great dining options in North and South Topsail, Hampstead, Holly Ridge and Snead's Ferry.

If you still have the energy for some nighttime entertainment there are local beach bars, breweries, a wine bar, sports bars. Several have live music all year round!

One of our favorite things to do with friends/family that come to visit here is hire a chartered fishing trip, and rent jet-skis or bicycles/electric bikes!
