You will be walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Surf City Pier. There is on-site laundry facilities and it is a gated community with a private guard.

Bed sizes: 1 Queen, 2 twins (bunk beds) and a Queen sofa sleeper.
One car can be parked under carport but must not block the opening of storage doors. *Guest doesn't have access to downstairs storage*
You will be given 2 parking passes only.
