Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath split floor plan home located in a cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood and only 2 miles to sunning on the beach, dolphin watching and fishing off of the Surf City Pier.
The living room offers a large comfy couch with a large flat screen smart tv. You will also find board games and puzzles for the kids. The sliding door off of the living room will lead you to the back yard to relax on the patio.
The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking and a back yard patio ready to entertain family and friends with lots of seating and a gas grill. The kids will have a large yard to play and run around. Make sure to bring your bikes!
The master bedroom offers a queen bed with a flat screen smart tv. The Master bathroom offers a walk in shower with a large walk in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with a flat screen smart tv. The third bedroom offers 2 sets of bunkbeds (4 twins).
The guest bathroom with tub/shower is shared between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom.
Located off of the side door will be the laundry room with a washer & dryer.
Accommodates up to 8 people.

Less than 5 minutes away you will find grocery stores, plenty of restaurants, breweries, surfing lessons, Shipwreck Mini Golf, Sea Turtle Rescue & Hospital and shopping. There are also several coffee shops located around the area.
You will be located between historic Wilmington and Camp LeJeune/Jacksonville NC. Only 30 minutes each way. For a special day trip you could explore the beautiful waterfront in new Bern, NC, downtown area and historical homes and gardens.
