Experience the perfect getaway in this quaint 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT only minutes from Topsail Island. The private dock (which will only be shared with the couple upstairs) is ideal for putting in a kayak or stand up paddle board. The dock also offers a bench for you to relax and enjoy the view. If you are bringing a boat, launch it at the local ramp in Surf City only 5 minutes away and tie it to the dock! Keep in mind that you will have to take the tides into account and have a shallow draft boat to keep at the dock. You’ll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient while visiting the area. The property is shared with a couple that lives upstairs part time.
Between the beach, water, shopping and visiting local restaurants, you may never know anyone is there! You’ll find a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper for your additional guests. The owner has also provided a blow up mattress just incase. During a rainy day the kids can enjoy board games or have fun making cookies with the cookie cutters provided. Take advantage of this hidden gem that is an amazing deal!
This apartment also offers a laundry area and a outside shower.
Bed & bath linens are provided, but they must be laundered before departure.
This apartment allows well behaved animals with a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per pet. Max of 2 pets.

2 parking spaces are available on the right hand side of the driveway. Maximum length of parking is approx. 45 ft., width is 10.5 ft. and the height is 8 ft.
The space and turning radius is very limited. There is no public parking available. Parking is not allowed on any area other than the driveway. It is all privately owned by neighbors and strictly enforced.
